I'm sure you would get varying comments regarding the program if you polled the participating dealerships. <br /><br />Once the vehicle has been deemed a scrap, the customer is responsible to drive it to the salvage yard. <br /><br />I think it's better to have a program that encourages getting older vehicles off the road than NO program. With new concepts there are always design flaws that need to be worked out but that's the same with any new business.
